A few weeks ago I switched my e-mail over to Outlook express
and ever since I've been getting spammed every time I go on the internet
Any Advice, is anybody else having this problem?

My advice: dont use Outlook Express then
Also, check for spyware and adware.

What exactly do you mean by this? Outlook Express in itself won't cause you to get more spam. Do you mean popups?

Popups can sneak in via MSN Messenger, which was probbably installed at the same time. If this is the case, you need to configure your firewall to stop them.

Personally, I wouldn't use Outlook because even though MS has fixed it many times it's still relatively unsafe for Email.

Your Verizon webmail account probably automatically filtered out spam messages. The ones you're receiving now, you have probably always recieved, but just never saw.
