I know some people have not played scrotch earth yet and want to make it for the compo. So I went downstairs on my old computer and got the game off it. Yes the game is Shareware.
The game works on a 33mhz processor computer with 8 mb memory so I don't think you have to worry about specs. It worked fine for me on XP so nothing to worry about there.

The game dl is 109KB about. Its on my geocites account.
