Hi there, I have a qeustion about the whole serial number activation thing for dbpro online:
If I install DBPro on one machine, then need to move it to another for example, location change if I uninstall it will it contact TGC activation database and free up the key that copy was using to allow me to reinstall it on another machine?
It would seem the logical thing to do, as I am in London at the moment and I need to get on with some work, I only have access to my friends laptop so what I would like to do is install DBPro on his machine to use here ( it isnt installed anywhere atm ) then when I go back home I can uninstall it and reinstall it on my home machine to carry on? Or do I have a reqeust another Serial which took almost a week last time!! Which seems a bit silly really as it is wasting my time, and TGC's support team's time.

It shouldn't be a problem, and to prevent having to do the online activation every time. The activation manual on this site says that you can just copy the %darkbasic software folder%\Dark Basic Professional\Compile folder and paste it on the new machine after you have activated once.
