I have just completed my first program in dbp and am making a mini fps kinda game where you shoot a target and then the target repositions it's self. i have done the coding so it repositions it's self when hit but i am having trouble with the shooting code i want to fire a sphere or something at the target that will fire from in front of the camera no matter what angle the camera is facing. can anyone help start me off with doing this? it's just a quick project till i go away to see friends next week.

thanx

Graham

p.s would have posted code too but i am on laptop and my code is on desktop.

I would suggest to do the Monster Hunt 3-D tutorial. I know it is not for DBp, but I did it and I used DBp. You can check my posts in the Newcomer forum (search "Monster Hunt"). It has a section on shooting bullets in the third part. Link:http://developer.thegamecreators.com/?f=t01/3d_tutorial_index

It also has a cool tutorial for adding particle effects to bullets
