When I select Downloads on the Developer Network home page and click on a catagory, it says I am not permitted to acsess the downloads . The same thing is happening on my friend's PC too. I have never had any trouble downloading from this website before. What is happening?

Yes, I doubt anything has been setup there (or at least its not availiable for us).
