Look in the telephone directory - its got plenty of information about what to do with nuisance calls.

The other thing is to change your phone number and go XD

Haven't we already established it was spyware on your own computer, not a hacker? And good grief, anyone who's hacked by an eight year old... get a bleeding firewall and there's no way he can get past. Call him up and warn him. If there really is a 'hacker' it's just some idiot at your school. Anyone who knew jack about hacking could have ripped your machine to shreds in minutes if it's that badly defended.

Just remove the spyware and ignore the little idiot. Call his number up, his mom will probably answer the phone, tell her that her kid's bugging you and that's that. And keep a firewall .
