Geek Culture / 3D shutter glasses - anyone tried?

I got mine like 2 weeks ago, and am pretty dissapointed.
It said ANY screen supports them on the site - too bad mine didn't...
Well I took them over to my dad's comp and found that to use them without any eye-strain, you'll need a monitor that can refresh 150Hz+. I guess they were worth it, it's quite the experience - 3D, except now I gotta save up for a new screen (myne can only get to 85Hz - with my gf-fx5600). Most stuff works with them, except my Warcraft 3 (everything 2d vanishes when you turn them on...).

Anyways, has anyone else tried 3D glasses??? (on their computer)

it works ok, works better on games then it does movies.
I guess you could run your pc out to the convertor box and then run the image to a tv.

Hmmm. I had the 3-D glasses for the Sega Master System. But..I guess that is not the same.
