For me, that would be cheats that would allow the testers to troubleshoot parts of the game that can not be done easily in normal modes. So, god mode or the ability to walk through walls can be a time saver.

well at this rate the 1st page of every board will be stickies, we should have a separate board just for stickies :p

and yes its helpfull i guess, most of it is faily staright forward
