I need your replies please... I am thinking about making an educational kids game. Like learn the ABC's or 123's. Do you think there would be much Demand for a program like that? For kids ages 3-6 or there abouts?

What do yall think? Something Simple with just pictures and audio.
Please give me any feedback you've got.

Hmmmm.....

I really don't think there is. There are tons of 'em already and it's a rather small target audience. And if it's ABCs, I doubt the parents would give them a computer for that. It would be easier if they just bought one of those things where you push the letter and you hear how it sounds. I just don't think it's a great market to get into. It's too specialized, and NEVER has loyal fans.

Sorry...

Probably not, as poe said but if you yourself have a child then you might want to make one for them, and see how it goes from there maybe posting it on some different educational site's if it's freeware, as it wouldn't take to much time to whip something up and see how people would react to it. But if your looking to sell something like that i also highly doubt it would be profitable, if it's just for fun though then why not?

You need original ideas for kids, the same as adults, because adults buy the games for the kids. So the adults look for something original, probably funny, and cute. So think what an adult would want for their kids.

Any particular reason you felt the need to spam the boards with this? Plz only ask questions on 1 board.
