So i have got gMail now... yipee for me. . .

When going to check my inbox i noticed something. and i was wondering if it was supposed to be like this.

Well the gmail site is.... [href]http://gmail.google.com/gmail [/href] correct?

But i then found this in the address bar....https://gmail.google.com/gmail

in the PayPal scam thread people where saying how that the https in the url meant that it was obviously a scam. . .

is this of any relivance? the fact that the gMail address is

https://gmail.google.com/gmail

well if you highlight a link it displays the gmail url not like the paypal scam so i think its safe

[edit] i looked at my invite so you may well be right

[edit2] if you remove the s it redirects to the https so that is the proper one

Https just means it's a secure site. I always use Gmail.com to go there anyway.

I really need a new email address. And the large space that comes with it, apparently
