Not a bad site, actually. Doesn't hurt the eyes, it's well organized, but there are still a few things missing:

1. Go to www.dbspot.com and get free hosting, no space or bandwidth limits either.
2. Think about using PHP, it will make adding and deleting links a lot easier.

Other than that, not bad. 7/10

nice site but change the font on the navigation bar (im no good at rating 7/10 maybe 8 with teh font changed)
