I know http://www.freewebs.com/ used to have a webpage maker built in to it. And they are good for a free service.

Also http://www.tripod.lycos.com/ is also pretty good for free and has a webpage maker.

i would say mine but it is sort of crappy ande is mainly focused for use of free ftp and i have a very small website feature built into it
and i don't have a website builder but i do have good e-mail compared to most with 70mb of space and able to send up to 50mb attachements

http://free-space.myftp.org for free ftp
website hosting and e-mail 60mb for ftp/webste 70mb for e-mail

I would say mine, but you edit files through SSH.... and there is no sitebuilder.. So nevermind...

But you could always resort to the dreaded geocities....

You could always use freewebs of coarse...

Are only domains a 1 time payment or monthly payments? I havent checked, so I guess I'll ask you here...

Only a domain name, not any web space or anything.

You can get them for around $9/year.

Ilya, why didn't you just link to the site, instead of the logger offer?

The geocities one is good, but yahoo's hosting service kinda stinks. I made due for a little making it all in Geocities and copy-pasting the html over to freewebs/dbspot/whatever I was using at the time.

[EDIT]Looked at that web solutions of america place.
