No, No, you silly people.

9th grade is freshmen.
10th grade is sophomores
11th grade is juniors
12th grade is seniors.

So he means that there are 7 people in the 11th grade.

@RPGamer: Well, most of us started school already, and your classes are small. Lucky bastard. And then, to top it all off, you only have to wake up a 6:30, I have to wake up at 5:00. Oh well, at least I've got Intro to C++ (which only has three kids in it that have any programming experience, one who is retaking the class for teacher observation (some pre-college thing), another who is retaking the class because he has nothing else to do, and me of course. Everyone else is taking it to learn how to program video games, or because they needed to take a computer course and it was the only one open.).

Quote: "high school grade 9-12 has around 3300"

It crowded? My high school is croweded at about 2500 kids, 500 more than the school should be holding (its all of the people moving here from new york for the new cheap housing their setting up, taking all the space and ruining the Poconos).

Cheers,
Preston

School is fun, but I have 3-4 hours of homework per night.

See you all around Thanksgiving break, Christmas Break, and maybe on the weekends if I'm that lucky.

Going back to college the 6th. Should be fun except Assembly programming at 9 in the morning, that'd going to suck (the waking up by 9 part not the programming part).

mike - why do you have so much? jesus.

my high school is about 1000 students. it's rural. but the classes are getting massive. there are ~180 seniors (me included), and over 300 freshmen. it's getting insane.

it's nice to think that this is the last time i have to do all this traditional school crap. if/when i go to full sail it will be heaven lots of work, but interesting stuff, and not "traditional" classes either!

what i don't understand is the amount of vacation time our school has. we have 6 days for thanksgiving, about 10 or 11 days for christmas, and after that, it's pretty much nothing until summer. i always see these other people talking about how they have a 2 and a half week winter break, and a wekk long spring break and all this time off everywhere.... and what i really don't get is how i started tuesday (august 31) and don't get out until june 15! we start earlier than last year and end later!

OK enough of that damn DBP fanboy banner. i'm NOT a DBP fanboy in any way. i haven't used DBP in over a year, and i don't really plan on using it again.
