One of my friends met someone online on Coke Music like 9 months ago. Him/her snet pics and so on. But now shes confused and so on and now she wants to know if hes legit so.... can you guys tell me a site where I can type in an IP address and find out the state/town. I know forums have them and I used to have the link but I lost it. This is really important.

A warning though, no online ip lookup will be 100% accurate all the time. For instance, all lookup sites I've found have placed my 1000 miles from where I really am, but anyone else I lookup is correct.
