ive been updating my site all day (do have backups) but bout 10 mins ago it just stopped working for all my friends but not me. I have checked my FTP and everything is there.

Jimmy (or someone enlightened) could you help me?

i got an email saying things are finished or something like that. does that mean the link to my site goes to the new place but the ftp i have is going to the wrong place (understand what i mean?)

Yeah, Ive noticed that too, i cant view my site at the moment and direct links dont work eather. Hence my banner....

i believe whats happened is Jimmy's changed server and not moved the user files and updated his website telling us whats happened.

THis is very annoying as i was about to upload progress on Scorched Turf.

Yeah, I apologize. What happened was I changed the nameservers last night, and while I was transfering today, it propogated on me, in less than 24 hours, which is crazy. So it's been a mad rush to get everything back to normal.
The plan was to make a clean switch without anybody noticing, but as you can see... I FAILED.

gah ha, anyway, will the files be the same on both (old and new) servers, or shall i update them myself

btw i spend 14+ hours aday online (starting bout 11 ending bout 2) so i'll never miss anything at night

EDIT: i got into PHP admin with a blank password but apparently i have no databases. I guess Jimmy hasnt done it

Oh goody, its back up. I had a spack attack at school cos I was trying to upload some code, and DBSpot wasn't working, and my website was invisible. I was freakin out!

my upload app will only show me the old files, have you copied them all across yet? (i can tell because some files were made yesterday) so we dont panic in our boots

When I log into net2ftp theres no files , altho I can still see my old site (the 2 day backup), Im a moron when it comes to thies things, thus, I am confused.

@Jimmy: could you delete the contents of my site but not the subdomain - a couple of folders on there are annoying me and a want to get rid of them

and can you also sort out the login script - it does not accept my password or username though the ftp site does
