I finally decided that taking pics w/ my digi cam then using them as a background image for modeling isnt going to cut it anymore. The quality sucks, blah, blah, blah. So I need to buy a good scanner, with a $50 budget. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

If you live in Illinois there are some really awesome scanners around $100! They're at Staples.

Well, Where I am in BestBuy I found a ummm... $25 one that seemed OK except for the fact it didn't come with whatever cords it needed... it was just a scanner, I think it came with software too... If I'm not mistaken, ArcSoft PhotoStudio 5, and some Photo album/storage thingy...
Or maybe it didn't come with software.... Whatever, I dont think it did.... I dont know...

Oh, and it was a Canon, I forget the exact model...

If there's a Best Buy in the area you should check it. I don't know if Best Buys are in any other state though!
