I hope that's not applicable to the general public, because I just spent £40 on DBP Online, where it's listed there for £20.99.

I don't think these are available to the public. I believe these are for "cyber camps", which are becoming more popular these days.

These cannot be classified as a school becaue they do not fall under the same tax bracket as schools (so they cannot get the "DarkBASIC free for schools" offer). But, they are given a discount to help them stock their camps up with the software they need.
