How can i place a bitmap at any given point on the screen

Load it as an image and paste it where you want it.

sync on : sync rate 20
load image "bullet hole.bmp", 1
randomize timer()

do
	cls
	paste image 1, rnd(200), rnd(200)
	sync
loop

or Make it into a sprite.

sync on : sync rate 20
load image "bullet hole.bmp", 1
randomize timer()

do
	sprite 1, rnd(200), rnd(200), 1
	sync
loop
