Do you have some sample code you've worked on, or are you still in the planning phase? Are you using DBC or DBpro? What features are you looking to add (printer? Bold? Italics?)?

You'd want to use RobK's Blue GUI plugin, although it costs a small fee, it's the only real easy way to make a Windows interface.
