Nope - you just need to download the 'Popup ALT attribute' extension for Firefox and it works just fine

Wow, I've been using FireFox for nearly a year and I had gotten so comfortable with it that I completely forgot about the ALT attribute :-P

@David T,

Yes, but Firefox is faster, smaller, safer and has exactly the functionality that I've chosen myself ... not a jot more.

I was trying it as an experiment, but I'm actually starting to like using it

Ditto... I got it just to see how the competition was doing. The speed convinced me to switch more than anything else.

I changed it to "title" so Firefox likes it now.

I tried Firebird (when it was still called that), tried to get used to it for about 3 weeks but couldn't stand it and went back to IE. *Shrugs*

It pisses all over IE though, and that's all it needs to do.

Hey Rich, is it possible to use the title thing on the last post links on the forum list? Seeing as how many of the titles get cut off if they have quotes, it might be useful to see what was supposed to be there by simply hovering over it. Or you could just url-encode it

i use firefox only cause my dad said it was better. i dunno. it's still a memory hog like IE and it does all the same stuff. i wouldn't say it's any better or worse than IE when it comes to actually using it.

OK enough of that damn DBP fanboy banner. i'm NOT a DBP fanboy in any way. i haven't used DBP in over a year, and i don't really plan on using it again.
