The ED Website

There are some HTML Bugs around the banner where spacing is an issue, if anyone wants to look at the source go ahead. Its way beyond konw knowledge of HTML to fix it.

Does anyone like the template, any changes need to be made?

I suck at 2D/HTML so thats why its not ub3r 1337 t0 t3h m4x. Megaton sorta stopped replying to emails 2 months ago so I guess its up to me to do the site. After the template gets OKed by everyone Im going to move onto PHP'ing the site.

NOTE: THE LINKS DONT WORK.

If anyone has a better 2 colors for the drop down menus PLEASE post their HTML Code - I tried for hours to get 2 colors looking right with the site and I just couldnt figure a match out.

Thanks all

Hey that looks real nice, who finally did that tiling for ya? Looks really really good.

I like the colors for the dropdowns, but they definitely need to be moved to underneath the buttons, right now they look like hints or something. If you want I could take a look at teh javascript.

my suggestions::

the news should have the wood finish and there should be white text

either that, or black background with white/gray text

the very top right side doesn't line up properly.. make sure all of your wood paneling images are the correct size to line up properly with it and it should fix that. If not check your border sizes on the tables..

Also, it's craptastic viewing at 800x600 because the page is too wide. Most of the browsers you will find are running either 800x600 or 1024x768. Remember, most people are still running 2000 year compuers Which would stick the monitor right between those two display modes. If you're game won't run on 512mb 700mhz processor with an geforce 4 mx or comparable, then that probably won't matter too much. As you're players will probably be running higher end gfx cards/monitors and would be viewing your page at 1024x768 or higher.

It looks good otherwise, love the wood shippy theme

and what the heck is http://planmagic.com/download.html ??

Funny, right before I released the site I tested both these and they looked like poo to me

Yea - Did you read the news? Im having some troubles with that >:\ I cant seem to fix it, been trying forever. If anyone wanted to look at the html/images then go ahead. I asked a friend who said it was impossible to fix because the page uses a table and all tables do that

I dont know much about websites and stuff, should I scale everything down or up or what? Didnt really understand the last part How would you go about fixing this Im a complete noob to website making

Cool again, like I said before, bring down the drop down menus, cos they get in the way of the other buttons. Also, be cool if they could match the style, or at least the colour of the rest of the webpage.

Isn't it? Wasn't it? Marvellous!

I think #A67545 looks pretty good, or just a colour somewhere around there.

OK VapourHOST I think is getting hit with the storm as the site is down atm. Good news! The forums are about 1/2 way back up so whenever I can get back on the site they should be done!
