DarkBASIC Professional doesn't support WMV files anymore? One of the example projects that comes with DBP has an WMV video file and if you try to recompile, it says "Could not load animation..."

It works for me. Have you upgraded to the 5.6 upgrade?

Actually yeah, I have the newest release of DirectX out (9.0c), and the 5.6 upgrade installed. I have no idea what's wrong with it?

DB might access the codec installed on your computer for it. So if media player doesn't have it, DB might not be able to play it then.
