as said before you cant use HTML, but you can use another language with HTML, i recommend downloading something like phpBB (www.phpBB.com)

errr, i wouldn't use frontpage, it's not the sort of application one uses for php, or even proper website design.

if you cant make a website on your own (in notepad or something similar) and get it to work etc and make it look good etc etc etc i wouldnt recommend starting to learn any server script (PHP etc) and making a forum

however, downloading one is fine but to change bits you do need to learn something like PHP

u have to upload it to ur FTP and then just go to the folder you put it in, it does the rest itself (well u need to know passwords etc obviously) cos it is clever

Geocities has a drag and drop along with a html editor so that's an option, I think DBspot too. Also Dude Guy, if you need Help with DB, there's Curved Basic, Darktutor, and many other resources to go to.
