My nightjob is writing music. Most of the time they have melodies and are of the easy listening type. I have a real problem with starting songs and not finishing them, but I've heard this is common with composers.

If you have some unfinished songs, feel free to post them to get some criticism or insightfulness Maybe somebody would like to remix your unfinished song and turn it into something new?

I'll start the ball rolling with 3 of mine--- I've posted links to the mp3 and to the stream. Note that these are not as easy listening as most of my others :

Spastic

Daft Punkish *I've just noticed that this one ends rather abruptly--- oh well!*

Robot Love

What do you think? Should I stick to my day job?

The robot one's funny, and the Spactic one sounds like a polka remix(cool). But the DaftPunkish one doesn't sound very punkish at all. When I think punk I think electric instruments, or amps, and loud singing. But I love the Robot one? hehehe

Hey cool, thanks for the compliments The Daft Punkish one isn't supposed to sound like punk, but rather like the band Daft Punk. I didn't write it to imitate them, I just called it Daft Punkish when I was strapped for a name!.

Ah, ok. They're all good then, very dancy. *Manticore opens songs and does a suggestive dance*

Spastic had some solid loops, probably good for a little action game.

The way Daft Punkish was syncopated it almost felt like funk. That was a cool little tune.

For Robot Love, I quite agree with Manticore. MS Sam must have been feeling lonely.

I've got some links:

Each page in the music section has download links for mp3, zip, and rar of each song.

daft Punkish definalty had that Daft Punk feel to it, though the only songs they made that I like are Harder,Better,Faster,Stronger and Aerodynamic.

Got anime?I do.

@Bear - Your tunes are pretty cool too, they fit with your game screenshots

@Anime Blood - Funny, those are two of my favourite Daft Punk songs as well. I also like Around the World and Da Funk.

I only have heard discovery and two songs from "homework".
The reason I like Aerodynamic is cuz it has a rong sense to it, and with H,B,F,S it's just catchy.

Well, I've got an unfinished remix at my band page. I had this idea to remix a Jazz Jackrabbit tune - but somehow I completely botched the idea up ("Medivo WIP"):

While you are there, Might as well listen to "Ascender", I'm thinking I might want to update the string synth on it if anyone else complains.
