ok I know how to make a matrix but I don't know how to texture it and i don't know how to put a model on my matrix

Have you gone through the tutorials included with Dark Basic? They are included to help you learn these very basic elements of programming games. Please learn what you can from the tutorials, then ask specific questions on the forums.

If you have gone through all of the tutorials, and there are specific commands that you do not understand, just ask.

it is very simple:

texture matrix:
prepare matrix texture matrix number , image number , texture tiles x , texture tiles y

position object:
position object object number , xpos , ypos , zpos

position object at matrix height:
position object object number , xpos , get ground height(matrix number , object xpos , object zpos) , zpos
