Everyone has to start somewhere and not everyone can know everything about game development. So this is a good friendly place to start asking those questions that might get a "read the damned manual" type of response from other boards around here.

Cheers,

Now now, we must respect the newbies, and treat them as equals... as when we do they provide us with the best laughs going... always fun... remember Da codes guy? And Minime? Hohoho... all good stuff... infact there was a relatively funny one back on the DB1 apollo forums in the newbie section only a little while ago... not quite like the good olde days, but I'm sure it will provide such good entertainment again...

Erm, I'm sure this will be a most helpful and useful board to all newcomers to DBP etc etc

Cheers

Well, in this newcomers' thread seems to be everything
except NEWCOMERS.

King: Archers!
General: I beg your pardon, Sire. Won't we hit our own troops?
King: Yes, but we'll hit theirs as well. We have reserves. Attack!!

Erm... oh yeah... how about changing it to "Old gits" forum? Where we can mutter long all day about how good it used to be winding up cocky newbies and how Postmon was really quite funny now and then.... eeee, I remember when this was all black pages with incredible slow down, and a 56k modem.... eh, those were the days.....

Cheers

Ah, the really old one. Yep those were the real old days. Arg, I was just a nipper when the good old boys used to go on about the good old days. Back when Pac-man was a new thing, and colour was just a new fangled fashion, that just wouldn't take off, and Esther Ransen was still on the TV and all that.... Arrr.... are you local?

Cheers
