Just in case you don't know, you have to have webspace somewhere to host your files/images. I just use the webspace that came with my internet account.

You then use the forum image tag (as shown by exeat) to insert a link to your file.

Yes, as BealziBob said, you must upload your images to a free web host and then link them from there. Unfortunately there aren't many hosts that are free and allow you to do that.

Actually, if you only need it for images then you can use http://www.photobucket.com, they're free and should work fine.
