whenever i open a 3d app it loads up then minimises...

i open up the latest catalyst control center and have to set it to do a retest and then reboot the pc.

i have to do this every time i go on the pc. anyone know how to fix? i looked around the ATI tech support and there was nothing related to this. i have a 9800 pro.

Re-install drivers ?
