I just bought DB classic. The screen was flickering on the cli screen because I have XP.
So, I got the patch and the language helpfile. When I start DB it sayd I have enhancements for 30 days ? Does that mean after 30 days My screen is going to flicker again ? I hope I dont have to pay more to have the screen not flicker

Whats the Red button for ?

nope, 30 days is the length of time you have to enjoy the enhancement pack, along with the patch you got a free demo of the enhancement pack for DB classic, after 30 days you are still patched (so the screen flicker will not come back) but you can`t use things like memblocks and internet functionality unless you buy Darkmatter or get the enhancements for darkbasic classic (I think you can buy em online).

Mentor

PC1: P4 3ghz, 1gig mem, 3x160gig hd`s, Radeon 9800pro w cooler (3rd gfx card), 6 way speakers.
PC2: AMD 2ghz, 512mb ram, FX5200 ultra, 16 bit SB.
Mini ATX cases suck.

Ok thanks I didnt realize I got a demo along with the patch. I was concerned about the flicker Ill not concider getting the pack until I become more dark basic abled.

Whats the Red button for ?
