what you said in the title makes no sense

MSN messenger is somewhere on www.msn.com
Windows messenger is pre-installed with XP

all you need, excluding the above, is a .NET passport (just get hotmail (www.hotmail.com) or register an existing email (e.g. @gmail) for a .net passport within the messenger) and just sign in

I'd suggest Trillian, it has MSN IRC Yahoo! AIM and ICQ support all in one

I'd suggest Miranda IM. Not only does it have all of those you mentioned, but it also has Net Send, Jabber, Tlen, WallaChat and thousands of plugins that can do basically anything!
