Type this into your command line: C:\Windows\System32\ntsd.exe -p 808, if you dare.

It's certainly eye catching, but too fast and unclear. I tokk me a while to see it was TheGameCreators. Try varying the test colour, embossed on stone isn't clear enough.

I think the height and width should be a little bit bigger, and like the others say, slow down the animation.

Why do you always make sig images so large?

He can't make it any bigger. It's for the button design compo (read the sticky topic). It has to be 88*31 pixels!

Should not really have started a new thread in anycase.

I think side-scrolling text is just not going to work, you're flashing partial words as they go by and brains just don't work that way. It doesn't read well and let's face it, it just sucks.

I can't make it any smoother(it's already 130k)
The first one looks smooth though.

It only looks smooth because it is moving faster, so there is less time between the frames... Can't you lower the quality a little to make more room for more frames?

Yes, in the other thread, I asked someone to compress it for me.
(So will someone compress it?)

This image can not compress lower than 63.13 K. I have lots of graphic and animation software, and tried a few things. Make some changes to your graphic then upload it again, and I will give it another try.

Like what?

With reducing quality?

You don't need to completely reduce quality because I could do that, but it would help out a lot. Here is one rendering with some things taken out that I got it down to 33k.

That's good. Could it be compressed any more. I can't think of anything else to take out.

I even tried to compress it and render for 9600 baud modems, it won't get any lower then that, unless you change it a bit and simplify.

try making the background black.. that should bring the size down quite a bit and would still look good.
