Would it be possible to create an installer in DBPro? The hardest part which I can't overcome is copying the file from inside the .exe. Can anyone help me here? Thanks. (it would be best to reply by about 9:00 today)

Try storing all the files in a zip or pack or winrar file with the exe and unzipping copying and deleting the files

- never mind, I checked the commands and there isn't one to unzip stuff, sorry for exciting you

www.panatray.com - offers a fantastic FREE setup program that looks extremely professional. You have to register to distribute programs
with it [but its free, and they just ask for your name etc.] try it out - the program is called 'Qsetup'

[ Its free as long as you do not consider yourself to be a commercial corporation - you need to be an independent developer]

try to work with 'file to DATA' (Right Click > Convert File to DATA Statements)

By the time you finish reading this, you realize you have wasted 5 secunds of your life!

There is a freeware windows installer creator program out there called Installer2Go. The good thing about the software--besides being free--is that the license allows you to use any games (or any programs) that you make with the installer creator and sell it. The only low-down on this program is that there is always an advertisement screen at the end of every install.
