I want to post screenies on my team request board, but I don't know how. If someone could tell me that would be great!

The "PRINT SCREEN" key, which copies a screenshot to the clipboard. You can then go into any paint package and go to Edit > Paste to insert the picture.

On my laptop Print Screen is shortened to "Prt Sc"

For simple questions like this, you can find the answer much more quickly just by doing a Google search.

For example, do a Google search for "how do I take screenshots"

There is a key next to scrl lock called prnt scrn that copys the screen onto the clipboard as an image.
