Newcomers DBPro Corner / Screen refresh problem when testing code

When I execute a VBC program from an editor the screen refresh almost gives sends me into convulsions!!

Any way I can prevent this from happening?

eh? could you try English please? or at least explain what you are talking about , what editor?, what do you mean by VBC program? why is the screen refresh causing convulsions? of what? you? the image? flickering? distortion?, wildly swapping veiwpoint? what?

PC1: P4 3ghz, 1gig mem, 3x160gig hd`s, Radeon 9800pro w cooler (3rd gfx card), 6 way speakers.
PC2: AMD 2ghz, 512mb ram, FX5200 ultra, 16 bit SB.
Mini ATX cases suck.

Yeah ... sorry about that. I Didn't make a great deal of sense.

If you are using the default editor try switching to darkedit. It's a proper windows editor for dbc so may reduce the problem a bit.

I don't think there is anything else you can do about it other than using dbpro instead.

Thanks the_winch. I'm using darkEdit but when I execute to test what I'm doing it switches to the DBC test envionment.

I wish I'de gone straight for DBP to be honest. I'm not going to splash out for it just yet until I'm got used to DBC. Unless there's an upgrade option. I couldn't find one on the site. Perhaps somebody could enlighten me.
