Okay, all I want to do is for my program to open a .exe file, wait 3 seconds, and open it again. And for it just to repeat doing this.

use 'wait 3000' instead of sleep 400

Do you need a complete FPS,3rdPS engine ?? Or a collision command libary?? well here it is:
