I have a few questions :

- How come that you get more space if you take "addition space" four times than when you take the "business Solution"
- Where is that server ? Is that really yours ? So, can it go down like DBspot ?
- What's the download speed ? I mean if we have our programms on it, it would be nice that the download is fast.

I must that seeing it like that, it's very interesting.

Because it's a special deal you get!

The server is loacted at my computer, yes, it's really mine, it's 99% uptime all the time, so no it wont go down.

The downloads are extremly fast.

If you think someone could be changed on the site (Space size, price) please let me know

Also our company are soo customer focus that this is the deal:

The more customers we get, and have a piad account, the higher the free space goes up.....

Keep that in mind my friend, because we have a lot of customers already that have a paid account....so the disk space may well change again soon!

This is indeed totally normal, our company 'Oversell' space, this means, even though your account has 2GB, we like to save space, so we reduce your account to whatever...

We have a staff who is watching the space, so if your space goes higher than what it says inside the cpanel, a staff will change your space to more.....untill you end up with 2GB

totally normal, I would just ignore this bit really!

Hmmm, I have a problem to access it via FTP.
I always did it through Internet explorer.
It was never a problem, but I can't access it here ... So I tried CuteHTML, also not able to connect. What should I do ?
