hi there, i downloaded the trial version of character shop, i import my model (.3ds) but the model is too low down, i've read the help topics but they dont mention if you can actually move the model to fit onto the bones, could anyone help me?

sorry for double posting but i didnt explain my problem properly, i didnt mean he was too low i ment that he didnt fit the bones (hes too short), is there anyway to make the bones smaller? please can anyone help??

I have had the exact smae problem with my model's being to big and so forth. I am assuming that there is a way, but I haven't spent any time as yet looking it up - there has to be something in the forums somewhere or maybe some kind soul could point us in the right direction
