I havent been able to get a copy this week, and the ordered copy wont arrive in time for this weekend. Can anyone use their 1 friend invite to invite me to this beta weekend?

Cause aparently the US and UK branches of Game/EB don't aparently retail the same items (or even sodding talk) but some of us are stuck with having to sort out other arrangements; I've been told my pre-order through GameStation is going to be arriving next-tuesday.

Fat lot of good it'll do then, so ditto to what RPG said.
Ya'll get more cute pictures of Oni Raven in her underwear again

heh, on the plus side; GameStation were able to snag me an EB one with that cool bow toy heh ... alright so that sounds weak but would be cool to have something to take to the local weapon merchant, and say 'it needs to be a working version of this!'

Well if you plan on creating a warrior then that can be a good thing. However I feel Rangers really shine in that game (pin down + a nice power shot = ownage)

Personally I found my Mesmer / Necromancer was a very amazing character, however I was thinking of changing to a Mesmer / Ranger.

simply because I wouldn't mind the use of some bows and to get an animal partner, but probably got a while to decide anyways.

Remember Raven we have 10 year olds around here

Anime: Got the codez - TY!! Ill be there this weekend!!

I might remake my character into a Warrior/Monk and possibly try out a Ranger/Something combo, maybe a mage type character too. Gotta explore this game, so much to do in 72 hours!! Cant wait till I can play this game every day

Neither can I. I'm going to stay as my ranger/warrior so I have use of teh Pick Axe thing I get when the game comes out. If only Eb wasn't so far, then I would've gotten a bow. Also I want a killer pet.

I read up and those pets are apparently a pain in the ass - you get the -5% health penalty if your pet dies, and you cant see your pet's hp bar and they tend to wander off.

Ive been reading lots of fan sites...Im addicted to a game Im not even playing yet

Hey buddies! I'll be on this weekend also, what class should I be? My main will be Necro, but secondary? I was thinking maybe Elementalist.. or Monk.. Maybe some sort of caster for double the caster power.

So........... Apparently, today, i learned you get a package when you preorder. Well, i go and "Bitch" to the people i bought it from. They said, "We can give you the package next week, as we we're out of stock."

I'm kinda pissed. Well, more like very pissed.

Did you buy it at a gamestore (eB or Gstop) or at Best Buy or target, because if you go to Target and Best Buy they won't bother to remember that they should've given you a package.

Yeah, I remeber when my neighbot went to preorder at the Gamestop I went to, he wanted Master Quest when he pre-ordered The Wind Waker, but it just opened I he never got one.

This is just the preview edition for this one. But when it does come out, no teh Monthly Fee, just the main game payment, and TADA, you can play to your liking.

Just about level 4 (less then 4 battles away) with my new char, need to sleep (if I keep going like this, i'll be level 15 by the morn, which is too much )

after a monster session (08:00-23.00) with my brand new character... think i'm going to call it a night

got to Level 9, some sweet new stuff and also reached Lion Arch.
so i'm pretty happy with myself. also managed to make a good few new aquaintances which is always fun.

should really think about expanding my clan soon

We went on a mission and had fun killing things. I've actually got some new armor and I sure as help hope that you find armor in the wild in the final game and taht you can get past level 20.
