I am trying to create a shuffleboard game in DB PRO, but cannot seem to set the angle of motion for the pieces. Basically I can get the piece moving directly down the board, but if I want it to move at an angle I cannot get this to work. I am currently trying to use the YROTATE command, and this does make the piece move in the right direction, but for some reason repositions the piece outside of my board.

I have attached screenshots of the board in its initial state and then with the piece in its new position, all I have done is to yrotate the piece by 20 - i.e. yrotate 3,20

I have also tried all of the other commands I can think of - turn object, point object, but nothing seems to work. I don't want the object to physically move - just the direction that it will move in.

Please can someone help? I have also included the code I am using. Note that most is commented out at the moment as I am just trying to isolate this problem.

Many thanks,

Thanks for loading up the pictures BatVink.

I think I have solved it now. Originally I created the disk in Cartography shop, and then because it was too small to get the proportions correct, I imported it into 3D canvas and adjusted it in that. Somewhere along the line something odd must have happened to the object, since I have just tried creating the disk directly in 3D Canvas Pro and everything works correctly. I think all the importing/exporting must have caused a problem.
