When I loaded my scene into DB, the textures that I had applied in MAX were no longer there. What happened?

the texture used to texture the object in max must be in the folder or directory where you kept the object and later loaded the object from dark basic. e.g. you make a man.max and textured it with face.bmp, the folder you store the man.3ds or man.x (exported) must also contain the file face.bmp. Hope that helped
