hey i am trying something different for a first person shooter: enemy innacurracy . is there any ideas that i could make an enemy shoot me with a machine gun for example but make only some bullets hit me? this is a worry as before i program my gun turrets for my game i want them to be a little innacurate or my player will die very quickly

and also i am having problems with explosions. how am i meant to make an explosion? say on land i need to make something explode. is there any way to make a cool effect? should i use an animation of an object. also is there any water effects i should know with explosions? im looking for soem useful ideas

any help from the pros?

Depending on the difficulty level, you could have it so every 1 in 5, 1 in 10, etc. is missed, so maybe something like



Hope you understand. Accuracy is how many times before it misses a shot, like 5, 10, 15, etc.
