I have only one small little fault with the demo, the crosshair isnt actually of any benefit next to normal aiming- it dosen't zoomin or increase damage done and im not sure if shooting them in the head is any different to shooting them in the toe...

yep and i fixed it - i loaded up an mp3 file in your music folder, renamed the 'action.wma' to 'action1.wma', copied the mp3 file and renamed it to 'action.wma' and the problem is gone!

But when i loaded up your game, the fps rate was 2
And thats when i was looking at the ground! I have a pentium 4 128mb ram xp system with an nvidia vanta card and i have the latest ver of directx

your game sure takes up a hellava lot of ram

[edit] this game reminds me of C&C renegade

how do you get the awsome light patterns on the bottom of rivers?
in fact, how do you make your water in the first place?

is it just me or is the only gun sounds in the game from your own guns. the munchkins seem to be silent yet deadly.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, "THERE IS NO DOWNLOAD LINK!"

Why can't you just put it in the first post.

If you want comments, you need to provide "commentors" with a reachable download link that's easy to find.

Not that, it's just that David T's known about the "competing" merc title ever since a little after he started the project

Wow, the thread that refuses to die!

Sorry it's crashing for you - I know that d/l is stable for most people. It's a very large and unweildy program that I wrote a good 2.5 years ago, so most of the code is now a pile of non entendable tat!

My current project isn't an FPS. Although now I have time off I'm going to be messing with the physics for DBPro beta, I may write a little fps demo to see what I could do.
