I have lost my orderkey and i cant get my copy of dbp updated, what can i do?

if you read the FAQ you will see that you must buy a new copy. I have the same problem.

huh? I would be suprised if that is true.

I assume you are talking about the online version of DBP rather than the boxed CD version, in that case they will surely have your email address on file and can email you your orderkey to that address.

If they do anything less, go here: http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/ and they'll have to comply.

i personally think that the DBP 'security' is a bit OVERBOARD, it's really rediculas and should really be taken out. i mean, i payed money for this program, i shouldnt have to go through a whole bunch of crap just to install it on a new system i just got. seriously.
