Hey - no need to post three times for one question!

A couple of places you can look for ball physics stuff:

http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=35507&b=1 is a short tutorial on basic ball movement I wrote in response to a similar question,

http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=37637&b=6 is a code snippet I wrote on projectiles, which gets a bit more involved.

These are pretty general concepts, but your question was very general. If you want more specific help then try to describe more precisely what you are aiming to do.

I did make some basic 2D ball physics for a media free pong game I was making but then scrapped the idea. Don't know where I've put it though?

Its nothing too fantastic but I'll go have a look if you're interested?

Thanks I`d be interested in that info if you find it. I`m new to programming and I`m excited about learning and making games(I`m only 14). Thanks again for the support.

And by the way, I`m trying to make a game similar to super monkey ball (a gamecube game) were you control a monkey in a 3d ball around and collect bananas on 3d terrain.

Assuming the 3d ball rotates, you're probably going to need to take a look at ezrotate. I believe there's still a free version available somewhere. Rotation can be a pain, and ezrotate should make it simpler.

you can always give my Newton physics wrapper a try, the first demo is basically a super-simple version of monkey ball
