Me and two friends (Emi and Greg) went to Fry's Electronics and we had some fun.

We walked in as a funk train (hands on shoulders like that other train thngy).

We went to the graphics card section and while greg was asking some really seriose questions about a radion X800, so i picked up a digital camera and asked the helper person the same questions that Greg was asking the other helper person (example: So is this Direct X 18.4 compatable?)

We then continued the funk train around the store till we came to Robo Sapian. We made it dance, and it broke. It kept doing the same dance over and over again even when we stoped moving it.

Then off to Motherboards. I asked the helper dude if he had any of the new Pentium II boards. And if boards can support a whole meg of ramm yet. (always check the original price of Fry's stuff not just the redused price. I found a motherboard that was reduced to $42.90 from an original $39.99)

We continued to play Hide and Go Seek untill we got kicked out.

We am such nerds.

So, I'm curious if the helper person knew if the digital camera was DirectX 18.4 compatable or not?

he gave me a blank stare and said "I don't think that is a graphics card" I replied "It is it just has video capture, so is it compatable?"

one day youl run into a "helper dude" who will insert one of these in your speacial place, wherethen you'll need it surgically removed. Wont be surprised if they find a up there as well.
