okay I have been member here for a long time but I am still a noob. But now I rally want to learn this thing

the problem is that i cant see the image when i test the program.



in the code: "paste image" there are numbers 1,255,85 1 is of curse for the imagenumber but what are the other 2 for?

i think its because darkbasic cant take a TGA file try to make it BMP or JPG (If you have dbpro then you can have JPG)


the first (like you said) is the image number the two others are the X and Y cordinates(i think).

Try using the SYNC command after the paste image. This will update the screen. Don't forget to set SYNC ON at the top of your program.

Also, if you are setting up other bitmaps in the program, use the command SET CURRENT BITMAP 0 before pasting the image. This is the main screen.Try reading this http://www.100megspop2.com/magellan/dbj.html

hmm suddenly it works i just restarted darkbasic and it worked strange
