Ilya I don't think it really matters anymore. If it is him then he's probably back because of his interest in DB(and working with people on DB projects) and I'm guessing he knows if he spams again he'll get banned, so it doesn't matter.

EDIT: lol thats wierd, I saw his post just before I saw this thread.

Does it really matter? We see users' IPs anyways. If they were the same we'd know. And if we know and aren't doing anything, that's that... this is history, leave it.
