Not sure if this is the right place for this post, but I noticed the new release of DBpro has a free copy of Dark Matter, I wonder if us full price payers also get that software free?

It should be offered to the loyal DBpro buyers who paid for DBpro upon its release and have stayed with the product despite all those bugs.
Loyalty should be rewarded.

If you don't ask, you don't get, worth a try.

I cringe everytime I see this exact same thread duplicated.

Its a special offer, to generate sales. Quite simple.

If coca cola is put on special offer 2 for 1, you dont take the bottle you already bought and ask for another one free do you?.

Look after you client base is a very important part of business, I have a client return ratio of around 70% due to account deals and special offers, it is the way my business stay above water, but as I said it was only a question, after all I have been a returning customer to this site for while now, why wouldn't I expect the odd gratuity for my continued patronage.

Just because some of TGC marketing ploys dont affect current customers it is no reason to get angry about it. Its quite simply a marketing strategy to attain new customers. TGC need customers. They do take care of those they already have.
