Ladies and Gentlemen

We regret to announce a temporary suspension of your regular jam sandwich eating and pic-a-nic basket pinching service.

As of Tuesday 23 November 2004 the forum's official Bear will be on holiday for two and a half weeks. At the formal request of the UN, the state of Australia, the state of New Zealand and various notable personages he is conducting a diplomatic goodwill tour of Perth, Sydney and Auckland.

Regular service will be resumed on Monday 13 December 2004. A red letter for your diary indeed.

Philip

Warning to the wise, do not cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge, we are planning on blowing that thing up in an act of gratification for your decision to honour us with your gracious presence. Other then that, have fun.

Ok. This is my last post for three weeks.

Enjoy the silence, peace and tranquility. And may the force be strong with you.

I shall return. At least, I hope I will ...
