i need an animator that exports to .x or .3ds and imports to .x or .3ds cause i make my models in one program and then i need to import them into the animator then export them from there thanks

GameSpace or trueSpace. You can get GameSpace Light os trueSpace3.2 for free.

A couple years ago we were working on a game and planning to call it KillZone. But then those developers making Kin for PS2 decided to change the name to Killzone and did all the necessary registration and so we couldn't use it anymore.

We're not a real registered company, just a team of high school kids. Becoming an actual company is really not good for people/teams starting out. There's taxes and all that involved, and you are only required to register if your income from your products is over a certain amount.
But yes, we do have different people performing the different tasks invovled in making a game. If you can find dedicated people and manage them well it's pretty cool, and can in some instance offer more fulfillment than being a lone wolf.
